How it works
- One price, per driver
- $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year for each person who drives. If that is only you, you pay for one.
- A team is paid for by its owner
- Create a team and you pay for every driver on it, yourself included. You and three drivers is 4 × $9.99 = $39.96 a month. The count follows the team: it goes up when someone joins and down when they leave. Drivers are never asked for a card.
- Your accountant is free
- Invite them to a team to read and export its records. They can't change anything, and they are never counted as a driver.
- 500 free miles, per person
- Your first 500 miles cost nothing, with everything included. They are yours, wherever you use them: your own driving and any team you create draw on the same 500, and drivers who join your team use your free miles, not theirs.
- Nothing is lost when they run out
- Mileday keeps recording. Drives past 500 miles wait, locked, until you subscribe — and then every one of them is there to classify and export.
- Your own driving and a team are separate
- Each has its own subscription, so personal and company money never mix. Drives saved to a team are covered by that team's plan. Drives you save to your own Personal account are covered by your own. The app always shows which one it is saving to, and switching is one tap.
